Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between oogg ("oogg", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered through the oogg platform, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, and any promotional or bonus features.

Your access to and use of oogg constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or terms applicable to specific products or promotions on the platform. All of these documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and oogg.

If you are accessing the oogg platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and references to "you" in these Terms apply equally to that person or entity.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the oogg platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of play.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any commercial enterprise for the purpose of operating or reselling gaming services.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through oogg's responsible gaming tools or imposed by any other authority.
• You have not previously had an oogg account closed or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered as a problem gambler with any recognised gambling support service.
• You are opening only one personal account on the oogg platform. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

oogg reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Where age cannot be verified to oogg's satisfaction, access to the platform will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued during a period in which age verification has not been completed may be withheld pending the outcome of verification.

Account Registration & KYC

To access the full range of oogg services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

oogg operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme in line with standard industry practice. As part of this programme, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document (national ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account is registered in your name).
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by oogg's compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by oogg may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality or, in persistent cases of non-compliance, account closure. oogg will not be liable for any inconvenience arising from the enforcement of its KYC obligations.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. oogg will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact oogg support immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

oogg accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported on the platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. oogg may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to players where operationally possible.

Deposits: Deposits are processed in real time via mobile financial services (MFS) wallets. Funds deposited via bKash or Nagad typically reach your oogg account balance within two minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. oogg does not charge a transaction fee on deposits; however, your MFS provider may apply its own standard charges, for which oogg accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests by KYC-verified account holders are processed on the same business day when submitted during standard processing hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals submitted outside processing hours will be actioned on the next available business day. oogg reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where account activity has triggered an internal review.

Minimum and Maximum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set at the platform level and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. oogg reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if it has reasonable grounds to believe the deposit was made fraudulently, in error, or in breach of these Terms.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all oogg promotional offers include the following:

• Bonuses are available to registered, KYC-verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• oogg reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met, or combined with other offers unless expressly permitted in writing by oogg.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

oogg's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and the interpretation of bonus terms are final and binding.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the oogg platform are governed by the product-specific rules published within each game or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing bets or wagering real money. In cases of conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms will prevail unless the product rules expressly state otherwise.

The following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on oogg:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. oogg will not void a bet on the grounds that a player changed their mind after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or sporting event, oogg reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• oogg relies on data feeds from independent third-party providers for live sports results. In the rare event of a data discrepancy, oogg will conduct a review and settle markets based on the official result from the relevant governing body.
• oogg reserves the right to limit bet sizes for any player, on any market, at any time, at its sole discretion.
• All game outcomes on oogg are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems independently verified for fairness. oogg does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Winnings are credited to your oogg account balance immediately upon the conclusion and settlement of the relevant game or event.

Cricket betting on oogg covers BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), T20 World Cup, IPL, ODI series, and all Bangladesh Tigers fixtures. Market availability and depth may vary depending on the event. All cricket markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board or tournament organiser (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.).

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the oogg platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account on oogg, whether in your own name or using the name, identity, or payment details of any other person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point during KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not considered valid and will be reversed.

oogg employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. The outcome of any investigation into suspected prohibited conduct is at oogg's sole discretion and is not subject to appeal except where required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the oogg platform, including but not limited to the oogg brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, bet slip designs, promotional materials, and any other creative works, is the intellectual property of oogg or is used by oogg under licence from the respective rights holders.

Nothing in these Terms or on the oogg platform grants you any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property owned by or licensed to oogg. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the oogg platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of oogg.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their licensing arrangements with oogg. oogg makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

Privacy & Data

oogg collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on this website and forms part of the binding agreement between you and oogg. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the platform by third parties.
• The content or conduct of any third party on the platform.
• Any errors or omissions in the content of the platform, including game odds, market prices, or promotional offer descriptions, subject to oogg's obligation to correct genuine errors promptly.

oogg does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance may occasionally affect platform availability. oogg will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to communicate planned downtime in advance.

Account Suspension & Closure

oogg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, use of prohibited software, underage gambling, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding verification requirements being satisfied.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, oogg reserves the right to withhold some or all funds pending investigation. Any funds found to have been obtained through fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be permanently forfeited.

You may request the closure of your own oogg account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, oogg will apply a self-exclusion measure immediately upon your request and will process the formal closure thereafter.

Amendments to These Terms

oogg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, oogg will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by direct communication to the email address or contact number associated with your account.

Your continued use of the oogg platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12 above.

The version date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was published. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Governing Law
